No Refunds on Orders
All sales are final. If you have already paid, you will not receive a refund unless an issue occurred on our end. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct amount before completing checkout.
Crypto Payment Terms
Send the exact amount shown at checkout. No refunds or order completion if the amount sent is incorrect or not received. It is your responsibility to send the correct sum to the correct wallet address.
Clean & Legitimate Goods
All Robux sold through Robux Market™ are clean, safe, and obtained through legitimate means. We do not sell stolen, botted, or compromised assets. Robux is mainly obtained from Roblox clothing designers and developers that do not have the DevEx option.

Chargeback Policy
Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting support first will result in a permanent ban from all future services. We report all abusive disputes to prevent further use of our platform.
Support Order Policy
We will not refund or complete your order if you have previously opened unnecessary, spam, or disruptive support tickets. Abusing our support system may also lead to a permanent ban.
Order Category Information
Please ensure you select the correct ticket category when opening a support ticket. Tickets opened under an incorrect category will not be refunded or fulfilled. Misuse of ticket categories is treated seriously. By placing an order, you agree to accept and follow the stocker's conditions and requirements.
